It has become an annual tradition for Nanosurf to open its doors to second semester students from the University of Basel’s Nanoscience Studies. This year, a group of 12 students visited our headquarters for a detailed tour of our facilities. They explored the application labs where our team develops and tests our atomic force microscopes, saw the assembly line were instruments are built, and got to peer into our cleanroom setup, where our industrial-grade magic happens. Members of our applications team guided them through the day, explaining the technology and answering a wide range of questions—from how the equipment functions to its role in research and industry.
